Samuel C. Fulcher | Shareholder

Samuel C. (“Sam”) Fulcher joined Baird, Crews, Schiller & Whitaker, P.C., in 2018 as a shareholder after operating as a solo practitioner for several years. A graduate of Belton High School, Sam returned to the area after law school.

Sam’s practice focuses predominantly on commercial lending, sales, leases, entity formation and maintenance, and other types of business and real estate transactions. Sam and his wife, Melissa, live in Temple with their three children.
