It presently has 8 attorneys and 3 Of Counsel, supported by almost 20 paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff members practicing in Temple, Killeen, and Waco. The firm serves as legal counsel to businesses that conduct operations regionally and internationally; in transactions related to IPOs, private placements, securities, and venture capital; and in the sale and acquisition of businesses.

Various attorneys have served as Adjunct Professors at Baylor School of Law and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, members of Leadership Temple and Leadership Killeen and as Mayor of Missouri City, Texas.
